Booked a powered site for 1 night! It stated very clearly in the T and Cs, that no refund would be available, if you could not make it for any reason, unless cancelled 14 days before arrival. Our car broke down near Batemans Bay and were unable to turn up. I rang the place and explained what happened and without any hesitations received a refund! Great empathy and customer service. Will definitely stay there if any opportunity would arise in the future. Thank you management for being so understanding!
We have just spent 5 days here. Fabulous park, new pool. Great staff extremely helpful. Amenities are kept very clean. Camp kitchen is one of the best and certainly well stocked.Have stayed a few times and each time has been better than the previous stay. We will be back.
Lovely, clean and spacious with a stunning view of the river. Reversing a van here is easy with the wide access roads. When the wind blows off the river it can be chilly and you will need to rug up
