My mother age 96 had been a patient for 15 yrs. Suffered a mild stroke 6 mths ago. On discharge from hospital was told to make appointment with her doctor the following week as her phosphate levels were low and she needed to update her doctor on stroke. I her daughter rang and was told that i couldnt get her appointment for over 2 wks. I said it didnt matter who she saw that she needed to have blood tests and needed to see a,any doctor. No they said over 2 week wait to see any doctor. Hense we have left this place and changed to a medical centre in moruya that gives my mother the attention she needs,deserves
Although the doctors are good when you get in to see them its almost impossible to make an appointment unless its an emergency. Every occasion I have visited with an appointment booked they are over 30 minutes late to see you. Then they charge you once you finally get into the office for a maximum of 5 minutes
Very professional and friendly medical team and staff. On one occasion they saved my wife's life by going the extra mile instead of sending her home.
