We have been dealing with Moruya Toyota for six months now. The workshop has carried out two major repairs on our plumbing work utes.Both repairs have been done quickly and on budget with the quote promised.Cannot praise the staff highly enough for this well run business. I went in last Saturday 9th of Sep with my wife to enquire about the Landcruiser Sahara . Jason ,the manager their ,was helping us look at cars .I was taken aback when he started to ask about my religion and my background . Being a middle eastern Christian we were both used to these sort of questions.Nevertheless I answered his question and continued on asking about the vehicle .I was surprised when he started to brag about Mercedes cars and telling me all the advantages in buying a Merc.I was thinking to my self "why is a manager at a Toyota dealership telling me all about Mercs?!"Never mind ,I thought ,and I continued to ask about the 4x4 I am interested in, to be again astonished at the lack of knowledge of the vehicles specs and capabilities . Good thing I had done my research and I know what I was looking at .I then asked about a trade in options and he took a look at my car specs and promised to call me on Monday the 11th .In the meantime I asked around other dealers on the south coast for a deal and the guys at Eden Toyota where all over it . They were very courteous and welcoming . Offered us a drink , where straight to the point and very respectful.Punched in all the numbers and gave me a good deal on the spot .meanwhile the Monday passed and I have not yet heard back from Jason .Tuesday comes and the Guys from Eden Toyota call me for a follow up particularly Scott, who was again very polite, and gave me yet another discount to seal the deal .I took the deal and I was very happy with it . Jason from Moruya Toyota now calls 2 hours after that and starts abusing me for taking the deal .He was very rude over the phone . I am sorry to see that some car sales people ,a manager nontheless ,behaving in this way towards a fellow human ,a town Doctor who is just trying to make a good deal .I hope one person does not ruin it for the whole industry .Thank you very much Toyota Moruya for the rude dealing and the bigotry .
